Personality:
Max is a happy social cuddly boy. He is an inside dog, who loves sleeping on his humans bed. Max is shy at first with new people but will warm up quickly – after having a walk together.
Max loves his walks, he’s confident around other dogs and is very polite around them. He loves to play fetch, go to the beach and exploring new places. He walks well on and off lead, and has great recall. Max likes to play tug with a rope toys. Max’s favorite game is to play hide and seek with cheese!
Max is used to being left at home during work hours, 2 days per week.
Max knows the following commands: Sit, wait, fetch, take.
He also follows hand and voice commands for lay down, play dead, and spin.
Max would really suit a retired person/couple who will spend lots of time with him, going for walks everyday. He will enjoy living with another dog but not cats.
Current Medical Status:
Max has recently had a dental and lost a number of teeth. He has a clean bill of health, with no medical history. No arthritis for an old boy.
He does growl at the Vet if nervous.

Max likes to bark at cats and the postman.
Grooming:
Max requires a groom every 8 weeks. Approx $100 per visit.
